In a positive-logic circuit, what level is used to represent a logic 1?

High level

In positive-logic circuits, a logic 1 is represented by a high voltage level on the line. This “high level” is typically near the supply voltage, while a logic 0 is represented by a low level near ground. This convention is called active-high, and it’s standard for most TTL and CMOS digital logic.
